About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor Water Stores and Workshop to join our Energy and Utilities business on Barrow Island on a 2/2 roster.
- Coordinates with Maintenance Scheduler regarding scheduled work, Preventative maintenance, breakdown and reactive maintenance
- Ensure the Water and Waste Water Plant Operates efficiently and effectively
- Ensure All temporary Portable Water Tank are being filled-up on timely manner around the Island or as required
- Ensure that all scheduled water sampling is completed, ice machine cleaning and safety shower inspection/maintenance is completed in a timely manner
- Coordinates with maintenance personnel for breakdown and machine malfunction
- First point of contact with regards any issues in the plant, alarms/faults to conduct troubleshooting and assessment in SCADA
- Ensure all schedule maintenance works are completed on time
- Ensure all Water and water analysis are within the contractual obligation, Water standards and License requirement
- Supervise the Daily Operation of Reverse Osmosis and Waste Water Treatment
- Lead team meetings and toolbox talks
- Implementing the Company HSE policies, procedures and reporting procedures.
- Ensure all personnel completed JHA and take 5’s
- Input and update the Weekly Performance report of the department
- Assist the team regarding Permit preparation and isolation
- Actively participate in Work orders activities with regards to MS Dynamics
- Ensure all critical spares are within the suggested ROP and order parts as required
- Ensure all laboratory Analysis are completed on time and pump calibration
- Train and mentor new team member
About You
- 5-10 years’ experience in Supervisor role in Water and Waster treatment Plant. (Preferred)
- Certificate III in Water Operation or Higher is desirable
- Experience in Reverse Osmosis and Desalination Plant
- Experience in Operating MBR Waste Water Plant
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in operating with Citect SCADA and ability to analyse trends alarms and faults.
- Excel, Work and MS outlook (essential). MS Dynamics (Preferred)
