The purpose of the Vendor Prequalification & Compliance Officer is to support Accounts payable operations as part of the Business Service Centre to a consistently high standard and in accordance with The Downer Standard, key Global Solutions (systems) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
As a Vendor Prequalification & Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our vendor management process. You will be responsible for evaluating potential vendors, assessing their qualifications, and maintaining accurate records of approved vendors. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the smooth operation of our procurement activities.
