Energy & Utilities – 2026 Graduate Program

The two-year Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to rotate 2-3 times through the Energy & Utilities business. This will give you invaluable experience and exposure to different parts of our dynamic business. You’ll experience different stakeholders and customers, whilst connecting with individuals throughout both Australia and New Zealand.
Your potential development program will include (but not limited to):
- On the job experience through different Lines of Business, with structured rotations, giving you exposure to different operational and functional teams
- Training and development through core workshops and educational programs
- Regular Graduate ‘catch-ups’, networking events and conferences
- Dedicated mentoring
We have Graduate opportunities throughout Australia, including:
- QLD – Brisbane, Gladstone
- NSW – Sydney, Newcastle
- VIC – Melbourne
- WA – Perth
- SA – Adelaide
Some Graduate positions will require travel, could be on a FIFO roster, and may involve visiting and working in remote locations. Please indicate in your application if you are not interested in travel.
We are seeking the following disciplines:
Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
Functions: Human Resources, Business, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Communications
HSEQ: Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality
About you:
- Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
- Completed a relevant university degree in 2024 or will be graduating by the end of 2025
- Relevant industry or internship experience (including work experience or volunteering)
- Must be available to commence in late January 2026
- Able to undertake police clearance and appropriate reference checks
