We are looking for a Full Time Security Team Leader to join the team at Royal Childrens Hospital. You will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for all staff, and visitors to sites.

ABOUT YOU

• Current Victorian Security License with Control Room Operator endorsement.
• Driver's License
• Current First Aid and CPR qualification (or copy of the application)
• The ability to apply for a Blue Card (working with children)
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong computer skills
• Focus on safety and customer service.
• Experience leading small teams.
• Experience with crisis and emergency responses.
• Experience in conflict resolution in high intensity environments.
• Experience in managing small teams.
