Our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Service business has an opportunity for a registered/licenced Plumber to join the team supporting the South Bank TAFE contract.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager and working with experience trades team, you will be responsible for undertaking all building maintenance and repairs to the South Bank TAFE building facilities. Your primary day to day responsibilities will include responding to reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance.

ABOUT YOU

The Plumber requires experience / knowledge in:

• Experience with time management and prioritization of workload

• Demonstrated experience in relevant trade area – maintenance & commercial

• Proven experience communicating to employees at all levels, customers and suppliers

• Previous experience within a facilities management environment desirable

Skills and Licences:

• Current Queensland Plumber & Drainage license

• Gas Fitters license

• Backflow Valve / PR2 endorsement

• Thermostatic Mixing Valve endorsement

• Current First Aid, CPR and LV qualifications desirable

• Elevated Work Platform lift licence desirable

• Confined spaces certificate desirable

• Positive Notice Blue Card for Child Related Employment (or willingness to obtain)
