We now have a wonderful long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic safety professional to join our Zero Harm team based out of Brisbane, QLD. As a Safety Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders across a multitude of projects. This dynamic role will have a mix exposure to site-based and office with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

What you’ll bring

Exposure within the Civil Road Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Transport space will be highly regarded. You will also have:

• Certificate 4 in Work, Health and Safety.
• ICAM Lead Incident Investigation.
• Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years WHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry.
• Engaging and collaborative communication style, leveraging a partnership approach to enhance learning insights across the business.
• Ability to adapt across complex working environments and engage with multiple stakeholders, in particular frontline workers.
• High level of problem solving with the ability to work autonomously and navigate complex issues.
• Flexible with travel when required.
