We currently have exciting opportunities for self-motivated, reliable Groundspeople to join our team in Wagga. These full-time roles play a vital part in delivering the day-to-day operations of our Land Management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver grounds maintenance services to the required contractual standards
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Use appropriate PPE for all tasks
• Undertake general groundskeeping duties including:
  • Mowing
  • Brush cutting
  • Edging
  • Pruning
  • General gardening
  • Green waste clearing and removal
  • Weed, pest, and disease control

Positions Available:

• Level 3 and Level 4 roles
  • Level 4: Requires a relevant qualification or 3+ years of experience in grounds maintenance

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance and operating relevant equipment (preferred)
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the role
• Ability to obtain Defence security clearance – Australian citizenship is essential
• Valid Open Class Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• The following licences and certifications are highly regarded:
  • Medium Rigid Truck Licence
  • Chainsaw Operator’s Licence or Certificate
  • ChemCert Certification
  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate
