THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a Melbourne CBD based opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Energy & Utilities Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing expert resourcing and administration support for a national portfolio of high-volume field-based roles for our Telco and Metering Business. This role will suit a person who thrives when kept busy with juggling tasks and priorities throughout the day while creating the best candidate experience for our applicants.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will provide day-to-day support in management of recruitment activities, including coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment checks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers, and assist in preparing employment contracts.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and group interview sessions.
  • Follow the end-to-end recruitment process, advocate best practice and ensure compliance with company standard and procedures.
  • Support the broader Talent Acquisition team with ongoing recruitment and projects across our division as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong administration experience, preferably within Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with team members.
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a high attention to detail and methodical approach to following processes and procedures.
  • An ability to stay organised, effectively prioritise tasks and manage time to meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Systems savvy with proficient MS Office skills and experience with recruitment management / AT systems (Oracle HCM Cloud desirable).
