THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Energy & Utilities business is seeking a System Operations Fitter to be a part of our Gas Networks team based in Derrimut, Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will maintain pressure reduction regulating facilities, conduct breakdown repairs as well as work on construction of gas facilities and replacement of gas meters. The role is mostly field-based, with workshop based project tasks required from time to time.

Trade Qualified

fitter with mechanical aptitude

Hold a Construction Induction/White Card and a Drivers Licence

Self-sufficient

and trustworthy person able to problem solve and independently manage their workload

Good communication skills

, strong work ethic and be able to work well as a part of a team

Committed to safe working practices

and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues

IT proficiency is a must

– basic IT skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
