We are seeking a highly capable Planning, Performance & Data Manager to lead planning governance, work management systems, performance analytics and assurance across our Northern Assets portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the accuracy, visibility and decision‑making frameworks that underpin safe, reliable and predictable service delivery.

Key responsibilities
Lead integrated work programs and ensure sequencing, readiness and planning standards are consistently met.
Oversee Maximo/WMIS accuracy and ensure system configuration, workflows and data quality remain compliant.
Deliver dashboards and performance reports, providing insights that guide data‑driven decision‑making.
Lead assurance activities, managing audits, NCRs and compliance requirements across all planning and delivery workflows.
Develop shutdown schedules and readiness documentation aligned to technical scope, access approvals and traffic requirements.
Mentor teams and uplift capability in planning discipline, system use, documentation quality and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
You will bring a structured, analytical mindset and excel in environments requiring discipline, governance and stakeholder alignment along with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Planning, Data Science, Project Management or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in planning, scheduling, analytics or maintenance systems roles.
- Strong Maximo expertise and capability with BI tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Deep experience in performance reporting, data governance and planning standards.
- Understanding of asset/maintenance environments and Q&TA frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
