The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Water Operations team based in Rydalmere on a full time, permanent basis.
What we are looking for
- Educational qualification in frontline management or equivalent Certificate IV in Building and Construction or Leadership in management
- Must possess all relevant qualifications and licences deemed necessary by legislation and/or the client
- Min. 5 years’ project delivery experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with field crews and supervisors
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage schedules
- Experience in driving quality outcomes in project delivery
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a changing environment
- Ability to relate to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to work within the requirements of the company’s Zero Harm system
