The HSE Administrator will report directly to the Group Training and Compliance Manager and will work closely with other members of the HSE functional team to provide data entry capability and generalist HSE administrative support.
This a 6-month contract with EDL in our Brisbane office with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Data entry to upload Training Certificate information to internal system.
- Assisting with management and processing the HSET inbox (tasks include but are not limited to processing of training and other certificates, processing of HSE Inspections, forwarding emails to appropriate HSE Team members and responding to general HSE administrative enquiries).
- Coordination and scheduling of EDL Switch On program and other internal training sessions.
- Assist the Group Training and Compliance Manager with HSET Communication drafting and reviews.
- Liaise with Vendor Training Developers and assist the Group Training and Compliance Manager with development of internal HSE training content.
- Completing administrative tasks relating to the EDL Compliance Register.
- In addition to the duties set out above, the HSE Administrator may be expected to perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Group Training and Compliance Manager.
Person Specific:
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 - 5 years in an administrative function.
- Administrative experience working across multiple sites and/or for an entire organisation.
- Advanced/Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Past experience in an HSE Administration role is desirable, but not required.
