Join our Team

We are seeking a strategic leader to head the end-to-end delivery, governance, and transformation of critical provisioning and operational platforms within Managed Services. This role merges operational leadership, enterprise architecture accountability, and transformation delivery. You will drive the shift toward AI-first, automated network operations aligned with global Managed Services strategy, architecture blueprints, and MDO practices, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure EPS platform stability and evolution.

You Will

  • Lead Platforms: Ensure high stability, performance, and service outcomes across EPS and supporting systems.
  • Govern Architecture: Define and align enterprise architecture direction with global MS frameworks and blueprints.
  • Drive Transformation: Lead AI and automation-led initiatives, including CI/CD adoption, automated testing, and AI-driven operations.
  • Optimize Operations: Drive process efficiency across platforms, workflows, and delivery models.
  • Manage Financials: Own budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and value realization.
  • Interface with Stakeholders: Act as the primary link with nbn stakeholders across operational and strategic priorities.
  • Lead Teams: Manage onshore/offshore cross-functional teams to deliver projects and foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Governance: Oversee design assurance, impact assessments, and alignment with Ericsson project delivery processes.

You Must Have

  • Experience: 15+ years in telecom, digital platforms, or managed services, with deep knowledge of the nbn network environment.
  • Architecture & MDO: Strong background in Enterprise/Solution Architecture and proven leadership in MDO environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with nbn MS tools (EPS, ITSM, integration, cloud) and global MS blueprints.
  • Project & Commercial Acumen: Experience in Ericsson project delivery processes, financial management, sourcing, and vendor evaluation.
  • Transformation Skills: Track record of leading automation, CI/CD, testing transformation, and AI-enabled operations.
  • Influence: Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across business and tech domains.
