Our Exciting Opportunity:
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.This Job Role should be aligned with the Service Function “1st Level Operations” where you will be responsible for the network surveillance by monitoring multi-technology networks, solving problems and managing incidents through to resolution within established SLA's Using MSDP tools and ITIL framework-based processes, You will be an integral part of the NOC team ensuring Network Assurance SLA / KPIs are achieved. You will also play a significant role in the coordinating of Network changes and acceptance activities, as well as helpdesk services to multiple customers.
In this role, you would:
- Liaise between NOC and Field teams
- Support roll out of Work Force Management tool integration
- Support Field team with queries
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Education: Advanced Diploma or BE in Telecommunications / ICT
- 1-2 years' experience with NOC
- 1-2 years' experience with Field Support
- Passion for Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
- Good written and spoken English
