Our Exciting Opportunity!
- Responsible for People activities for employees across Digital Services (DGS) and Managed Services IT & ADM (MSIT) in all countries in Market Area Oceania, South East Asia and India (MOAI). (approximately 1000 FTE)
Role overview !
- Key responsibilities include driving employee engagement, retention, career and succession enablement, performance management and competence development.
- Work in a collaborative way with business leaders to manage people priorities in accordance with business needs and alignment with Ericsson policy
- Support with execution of strategy and plan for the business- Drive and implement People programs/priorities with support of Country People teams that drives business success
- Supervise and report people program related trends and performance against plans and budgets
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources/People Function with senior leaders
- Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing, proactive, delivering results & able to work in tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
- Influence business direction through Excellent analytical and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Broad understanding of HR best practices, culture, diversity standard methodologies & inclusion programs, & its creation of greater business value
- Have a proven track record of coordinating with leaders, designing and implementing People programs/complex projects to business needs.
- Understanding of talent management, talent acquisition, learning and rewards principles and practices
