Our Exciting Opportunity:
This Job role provides Helpdesk support for the critical issue, and management of customer hardware and software issues. Covering the management of CSR (customer service requests) and RMA (Return Material Authorizations) that have been raised or brought up by Ericsson customers or our Field Services teams. The role also ensures that inventory and stock levels are maintained at our regionally located warehouses enabling field services to meet customer SLAs for repair and replace activities
In this role, you would:
- EHS/ELS Helpdesk – Provides emergency phone Support for hardware and software Issues during business hours. Monitors and process email requests for the EHS/ELS mailbox in accordance with customer SLAs
- Spare Part Management – Track and ensures Emergency spares are dispatched and routed correctly. Provide regular inventory management of Field spare parts in regional locations. Ensure RMAs are actioned in accordance with WLA/SLAs with the Field services teams.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Technical University background is a plus
- Accuracy and Customer focus – previous work in a customer-oriented environment is a plus
