Ericsson Australia is growing! As a result, we are looking for an ASP Manager is a key senior national leadership role, currently reporting to the Head of Project Delivery & Operations (PD&O), Network Operations, Australia & New Zealand. Leading a small team, the ASP Manager is accountable for ASP strategy and execution in Network Operations. The role assures the best value at procurement of resources and services across Service Lines from ASPs and the FSO and leads the establishment and delivery of KPIs.
The ASP Manager is the key interface between Network Operations and Sourcing. The role works with Sourcing to productise the services procured from market in the form of a RAN Panel, IBC/DAS, Civil, Small Cell panels for both Build and Site Acquisition (SAED). The ASP Manager ensures the effective management of each panel, including all governance, reporting and escalations for operational alignment. ASP Management and Variation Managers align to ensure that application of contract occurs with ASPs.
In this role you would:
The ASP Manager will drive the delivery of agreed targets and outcomes including around:
- Build and SAED First Time Right
- Build and SAED Cycle Times
- NCR Rates (avg per site)
- NCR Closure Cycle Times
- Cost Optimisation (avg cost per site)
- Allocation of Business compliance adherence
- Supplied capacity vs demand
Initially, the ASP Manager will establish the ASP Management function in Network Operations. This will involve a review of the current roles and responsibilities and key performance measures. The key activities and outcomes related to this review and function establishment will include;
- Review function requirements and confirm/agree responsibility splits between ASP Management and Sourcing
- Update role descriptions, review/confirm team members
- Realign ways of working and responsibilities in line with business requirements
- Review required reporting routines and governance structure
- Establish joint strategic plans to realise short, medium and long term cost and quality benefits
- Stabilise function and transition as needed
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- B.E. Degree with 10+ Yrs, Experience in Telecom Domain with ASP management is a Plus
- Very good technical knowledge about Ericsson related products & Services
- Good understanding of Project financials, Costing & Budgeting for ASP service area
- Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy
- Currently in Australia and holding a valid unlimited work visa; or an Australian/ AU PR
