Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a candidate who will be able to use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve procurement-to-pay processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and analysing data, performance/KPI reporting, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support procurement planning and operations.

In this role, you would:

• Collate and interpret spend-related data to support key stakeholders.
• Investigate problems with the procurement-to-pay process, finding root causes, and developing/proposing solutions.
• Develop and report performance KPI’s (Organisational savings/spend, compliance).
• Provide support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals to the sourcing organisation/team.
• Participate in and support process/efficiency improvement tasks/projects.
• Support the sourcing team to meet strict compliance measures regarding external suppliers.
• Collaborate and connect with offshore teams in varying time zones.
• Get involved in other sourcing activities.

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

• Currently studying the Bachelor of Business (International Business), Bachelor of Business Professional Practice or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired.

  In your cover letter, please highlight your skills (along with examples) in the following areas:

  - Involvement in extracurricular activities

• Possess strong communication and collaborative skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency with time management and self-organisation, quantitative and analytical skills, understanding of procurement concepts and familiarity with Microsoft office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Highly active teammate who can build and work with a diversified team.
