Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a candidate who will be able to use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve procurement-to-pay processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and analysing data, performance/KPI reporting, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support procurement planning and operations.
In this role, you would:
- Collate and interpret spend-related data to support key stakeholders.
- Investigate problems with the procurement-to-pay process, finding root causes, and developing/proposing solutions.
- Develop and report performance KPI’s (Organisational savings/spend, compliance).
- Provide support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals to the sourcing organisation/team.
- Participate in and support process/efficiency improvement tasks/projects.
- Support the sourcing team to meet strict compliance measures regarding external suppliers.
- Collaborate and connect with offshore teams in varying time zones.
- Get involved in other sourcing activities.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Currently studying the Bachelor of Business (International Business), Bachelor of Business Professional Practice or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired.

- Involvement in extracurricular activities- Possess strong communication and collaborative skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency with time management and self-organisation, quantitative and analytical skills, understanding of procurement concepts and familiarity with Microsoft office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Highly active teammate who can build and work with a diversified team.
