Our exciting opportunity:
We are looking for Cloud Software and Services Head - CU Australia & New Zealand. This role will require an established people leader with the ability to ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.
As a CSS CU Head you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
In this people leadership role in the operational organization, you will collaborate to ensure that work is driven within the scope of agreed customer contract & requirements and provide performance feedback, recognition and remuneration management using existing Ericsson tools and processes
You will:
Lead Ericsson’s Cloud & Software Services team supporting key customers in Australia & New Zealand.
Accountable for CSS P/L . Empower the organization to strive to achieve business outcomes based on in-depth understanding of our portfolio, customers’ business, strategy, operations and objectives.
Build strong Customer relationships at C-Level, as well as with internal stakeholders.
Building and leading a presales and delivery organization to support timely and effective customer requirements.
Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy and plan for the business
Work in a collaborative way with internal and external stakeholders, including within partner/supplier ecosystems including Hyperscalers.
Manage the business by leading all aspects of the monitoring and reporting of program related trends, capability development and performance against project plans and budgets
Develop a positive & productive culture within the business
Be a part of the CU leadership team. Contribute and ensure CSS is well covered in CU priorities.
Responsible for Sales, margins and cash flow.
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: BE, M.SC, MBA or equivalent degree.
15+ years’ experience, from within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry on driving IT and Network transformation programs or projects of high complexity.
Deep understanding of Cloud & Software services domain in areas, BSS, OSS, Mobile Core, Packet Core, Cloud, MSIT and Systems Integration
Experience advising sophisticated projects, growing profitability, driving cost efficiency, and building top line and bottom-line growth.
Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative environment. Building and managing a presales and delivery organization to support timely and effective customer requirements.
Proven track record working for a supplier towards major telecom operators.
Ability to maneuver and negotiate in a very complex stakeholder environment.
