Join our creative team at Ericsson in the role of Access Services Operations. We strive to make content accessible for all audiences including those with sensory disabilities or non-native English speakers. As an overseer of access services files and streams, you'll ensure information is conveyed accurately while adhering to editorial and regulatory policies. You'll lead a dynamic operational team, being instrumental in the execution of top quality services, development, and performance management. A balance of operational and people management duties, this role offers a varied schedule depending on operational needs, individual skills, and team requirements.
What you will do:
- Lead an operational team, ensuring optimum productivity and quality of service delivery, you develop the team and manage performances.
- Manage the production of access services, build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery.
- Generate access services files or streams, identify and communicate compliance issues, ensuring all work meets client and business requirements.
- Maintain and uphold quality control on work produced by yourself and others, providing constructive feedback where necessary.
- Proactively handle administration and archiving in adherence with necessary procedures, managing associated data such as salary information, sick days, and holidays.
- Allocate work to teams effectively, identifying capacity issues and escalating when needed, and liaising with customers on schedules, changes, and potential business opportunities.
