We are now looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.


What you will do:
-Report to the Lead RAN Solution Architect, Project Manager and/or Head of Optimise
-Analyze customer network and propose technical solutions to improve network performance
-Deliver impactful 5G advanced services through optimization, network enhancements (feature, SW etc) and trials
-Working closely with customer in identifying pain points and create value-added services (including Add on Sales)
-Develop technical presentations, proposals, and perform customer presentations
-Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
-Stay abreast on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build


The Skills you bring:
-Minimum years of experience: 12 years+ in Telecommunications
-Excellent knowledge of 5G, LTE landscape, strategies and technology roadmaps
-Experience and solid understanding in 5G radio products, layering strategies, architecture for NSA and SA solutions, mmWave, and Cloud RAN
-Experience in leading team and driving 5G advanced optimization services, Proof of Concept (PoC) and network trials
-Worked on large scale network enhancements, modernization and/or MOCN projects
-Strong deep level troubleshooting skills with network performance to achieve KPIs
-Must be capable of analyzing drive test logs using tools such as Accuver X-CAL, X-CAP, TEMS-D/I
-Strong 3GPP knowledge and ITU standards
-Experience and understanding in multi-vendor network interworking
-Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to motivate team
-Demonstrate working under pressure in fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Proven experience with influencing internal/external stakeholder management and driving outcomes within budget and timeframes
-Strong pre-sales experience, business acumen and RFPs
-Deep Ericsson products & solutions knowledge (preferred)
-Programming/Scripting skills VBA, Python etc for automation (highly regarded)
