  • Partner with client leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, shape stakeholder and communications strategies, and develop practical workforce solutions for complex transformation programs.
  • Contribute to high-quality client deliverables, proposals and practice development while coaching junior team members and building trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrated consulting experience at Senior Consultant level within a Big 4 or comparable professional services environment, with a strong focus on change management, workforce advisory or organisational transformation.
  • Hands-on experience delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption or workforce transformation activities across complex programs.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation and written communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior client stakeholders and translate complex issues into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in the mining or resources industry is highly desirable, particularly across operational transformation, technology-enabled change or workforce initiatives.

Ideally, you'll have the skills and attributes below, but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
