What’s in it for you?

As a Senior Marketing Co-Ordinator, you’ll work closely with the regional marketing liaisons and office leadership to implement strategic marketing programs as well as local marketing initiatives in order to build brand, reputation and relationships for the firm.

  • Support in delivering hospitality, technical events virtual experiences and some internal office events, ensuring smooth delivery of logistics on the ground
  • Consider new and unique concepts/ideas for client experiences
  • Champion in delivering virtual events across a range of platforms
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in event planning, management and execution in a variety of formats and sizes
  • A self-starter with strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work as part of a team and with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of liaising with a variety of external suppliers e.g. venues, AV, caterers
  • Experience working with a CRM system and e-marketing tool is desirable
  • Tertiary qualification with a major in marketing. Experience in a marketing role required, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
