What’s in it for you?
We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, experienced, sales focused Senior Manager to join our growing Data & Analytics team.
As a Senior Manager you will have a focus on Data Strategy and Sales, supporting our clients in defining and implementing a data journey aligned with their strategic objectives. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Information Strategy roadmap development and adoption
- D&A Business Case Development
- Data and Information Governance design
- D&A Operating Model design including advanced understanding of CDO office design, analytics delivery methodologies and TOM process design.
What we’re looking for

- Ability to lead business development with a proven track record of achieving business sales in the Data & Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing complex data and analytics transformation projects.
- Experience leading teams, developing people, and creating enjoyable team culture.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to establish strong working relationships at an executive level, across multiple clients.
- Demonstrated background as a successful Program Manager/Delivery Lead in managing high value, complex Data & Analytics programs in a large and diverse organization
- Solid understanding both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
- Due to the nature of the client, the successful candidate will require a Baseline Security clearance as a minimum
