The Technology Risk team is in a substantial growth phase, and as a result we are looking for high performing Manager to join our successful and growing team in Wellington Office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.

  • You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements and manage Technology Risk professionals in the delivery of information technology control engagements.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients.
  • Creating and leveraging trusted relationships across the industries we provide services like Financial, Manufacturing, Consumer and Technology Media and Telecom.
  • You will be responsible for the development of junior Technology Risk staff through ‘on-the-job’ training and facilitation of relevant training programs.

  • Assist in the coordination, planning and delivery of Technology Risk engagements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders during the course of each engagement.
  • Present findings of each engagement to Senior Management and Audit Committees as required and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems (e.g., operating systems, databases, ERP, Data Warehouse, XaaS etc).
  • Prior experience in the delivery of External IT Audit and Internal IT Audit engagements , SOC Reporting, SOX reporting, Cybersecurity, IT Governance Reviews, ISMS Reviews, IT Service Management, Revenue Assurance, Third Party Risk Related Compliance, IT Project Management etc.
  • Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and presentation skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A passion for emerging technologies and working within a team to advise clients on how to manage IT risks and accelerate performance.
  • The ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
  • Professional certifications - CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA.
  • Previous consulting experience.

We have 1 Manager – (Technology Risk -Consulting) position available The salary range for this role is expected to be NZD $114,000 to NZD $130,000 dependent on skills and experience. This full-time role is for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and a maximum of 45 hours per week.
