  • Prepare and deliver workforce due diligence reports which quantify risks and liabilities;
  • Comment on integration challenges identified during due diligence, as well as providing technical guidance on employment related costs and opportunities;
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including the EY Strategy and Transactions teams to deliver integrated diligence support to clients;
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.

Skills and attributes for success

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive M&A due diligence experience, working both independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements;
  • Strong quantitative skills supported by good Excel and/or data analytics capabilities;
  • Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills and a dedication to teamwork;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, business/commerce, finance.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to work with agility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment;
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to flex to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.

At EY, you’ll be rewarded and recognised based on your performance and our comprehensive benefits package can be tailored to your individual needs.
