As our Senior Consultant you’ll join our successful and growing team in either of our offices, in Auckland or Wellington. You will focus on providing IT risk management services to our clients. Our Technology Risk team provides a broad range of risk assurance services to support our clients’ governance and risk needs. You will be:
- Participating in engagements with some of NZ’s largest organisations and other Technology Risk professionals to analyse, evaluate and enhance information systems and resources facilitating the business internal control process, to maximise efficiencies and minimise IT risk
- Participation in IT assurance engagements including the execution of evaluating and design of IT controls (e.g. application & IT general controls) in support of external and internal reviews as well as Program Assurance engagements
- Delivering against leading IT risk and security frameworks and standards (e.g. CoBIT, ITIL, PSR, NZISM, ISO, Sarbanes Oxley Act)
- Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues, and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management
- Ensuring deliverables are on time and to the standard expected by the client and engagement leadership
- Creating and leveraging trusted relationships both internal and external
- Solving problems with a focus on collaboration and sharing knowledge
