The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Manager with a background in Technology and Governance within our Risk team.
Your key responsibilities
- You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements and manage Risk professionals in the delivery of information technology, governance, risk and control engagements.
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and conversion of new information technology, governance, risk and control engagements opportunities.
- You will be responsible for the development of junior Technology Risk staff through ‘on-the-job’ training and facilitation of relevant training programs.
Skills and attributes for success
- Led and co-ordinate the planning and delivery of Risk engagements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across a portfolio of clients.
- Present findings of each engagement to Senior Management and Audit Committees as required.
- Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems.
- Prior experience in the delivery of IT Internal Audit, IT SOX, SOC and Cyber Security engagements.
- Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate senior executive discussions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A passion for emerging technologies and working within a team to advise clients on how to manage IT risks and accelerate performance.
- Interest and engagement with emerging and high profile IT Risks (e.g. Data governance) and the ability to engage with clients on these topics.
- The ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
