We work globally and collaborate to bring professional teams together to address complex issues relating to organisation and workforce transformations, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR in support of business strategy. The Role:

With a focus on organisation and workforce transformation you will collaborate in high-performing teams with our clients, accelerating value by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models and applying methodology and asset-enabled capabilities such as organisation design, workforce planning and analytics.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, co-design and deliver innovative organisation and workforce solution-related projects for clients, identifying business strategy imperatives for their organisation and workforce
  • Organisational design (high level and detailed design) and aligning talent with the agreed business strategy, for day one readiness and beyond, while meeting synergy commitments
  • Workforce transitions and restructuring to ensure the future design is implemented and embedded successfully
  • Reshape workforces to meet changing business needs through cost-effective actions i.e. build, buy, borrow, bot, bridge, bond

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated mastery in some or all of our organisation and workforce and transformation solutions and services, and proven ability to apply these consistently in engagement settings, as related to:
    • Organisational design
    • Workforce strategy design
    • Strategic workforce planning
    • Talent management strategies
    • Future of work
  • Proven ability in managing teams, coaching colleagues, and providing clear leadership and developmental feedback to team members in project-based environments
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, scoping and the delivery of projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex senior stakeholder networks and relationships
  • Experience working in a professional services consulting environment or working in an internal consulting function
