What’s in it for you?
As the NT Business Development and Markets Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation's growth initiatives and maintaining key government panel contracts. This multifaceted position involves facilitating government roundtables, building strategic networks, supporting tender processes, engaging new markets, fostering university partnerships, and providing essential office support.
Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role with key stakeholders and supporting functions such as Finance, BD, BMC, Markets Operations) to perform their tasks. Our team works closely with our other markets functions to identify market demand, ie which industries, sectors, accounts and services are showing strong growth now and into the future? We build EY’s brand by providing frameworks and initiatives that bring insights and opportunities to drive better commercial outcomes for our clients and EY.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building and management of existing relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, with a focus on areas the company is not currently active.
- Provide comprehensive office support, including ad hoc tasks, collaborate with HR to organize team events, and facilitate sector-aligned industry events in line with strategic initiatives, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Ensure alignment of performance reporting, strategy, data quality, and resource allocation with business needs, working closely with Government Strategic Operations Leader and fostering relationships with various teams.
- Support the execution of the Account Management Framework on key priority accounts within the Market Segment, including tool activation and maintenance of relationships with relevant teams and industry segments.

With a nous for identifying opportunities, as well as high regard for customer processes you can build a market profile in the Northern Territory.

- Ideally professional services and/or operations experience
- Ability to solve problems and deliver solutions
- The confidence to express clear ideas and opinions to senior stakeholders
- The ability to deliver in an environment of peak workloads and competing demands
- Bachelor’s/University degree, preferably in business related discipline
