The key role of Manager Network Risk and Performance is open in our business. About the role
The Manager Network Risk and Performance is accountable for the provision of strategic direction and leadership in relation to the management of risk on Essential Energy’s network, the activities needed to deliver the required performance (consistent with our compliance obligations) and the provision of assurance that our network will deliver the required outcomes.
About You
Your success will hinge on your professional interpersonal and influencing skills and your proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across all levels of the business, industry partners, and with regulatory bodies.
You will bring to this role strong leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to lead effective asset management teams including direction setting, change management, resource budgeting, people management and demonstrated leadership experience in driving substantial business reform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or Commerce with electives in Risk Management or related discipline
- Demonstrated professional asset manager with a working knowledge of management system practices and standards including ISO 55001 and AS 5577
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and implementing organisation-wide systems and frameworks that reflect strong governance and risk management principles
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of assurance and the application of assurance frameworks
