To fulfil this strategy, we are progressing our delivery enhanced business capabilities through a series of strategic projects to lead the way in a rapidly changing energy landscape. These projects will empower our people with better knowledge and tools to better serve our customers and communities and to fulfill our vision.
We have multiple roles available in Change Management to support our success, including Senior Change Analysts. Work from any Essential Energy office or depot in our operational area or have the flexibility to work from home full-time.
These are up to 12-month fixed term contract opportunities, with the possibility of being extended.
Essential Energy strategic projects
Data Transformation
Essential Energy has recently established the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team with the focus on improving the value the organisation gets from data. The EDA Program has several projects underway to support this vision and requires a number of change resources to support the business and EDA team, [CP1] in defining and adopting new ways of working; uplifting capability; increasing the value of data; and improving internal and external customer experiences.
Network Access Request Uplift
The Network Access Request (NAR) Uplift Project aims to replace an existing system and review processes that are centric in managing access to Essential Energy's electricity network. The system hosts geographically dispersed users ranging from field workers, through system control and customer engagement. This project will deliver change across large operational teams.

- These roles will require travel within regional NSW on an infrequent basis.
