We are currently recruiting for a Metering Data Agency Officer. This role is for a fixed term of 12 months and can be based at any Essential Energy depot with the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid environment.
About the role
The Metering Data Agency Officer is responsible for facilitating the receipt and delivery of quality metering data and support and a key contact for internal and external customers in respect of their data needs. This also includes ensuring the accurate and timely flow of metering related data for all market participants and governing bodies, by providing analysis, reconciliation and resolution of any errors relating to data configuration issues relating to these functions.
About You
To be successful you will have strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people and handle all types of stakeholder and customer enquiries. Experience and understanding of different metering configurations with an understanding of supply distribution concepts would be advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III in Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
