About the Location
Goondiwindi is a vibrant rural community located on the QLD bank of the MacIntyre River, 4 Hours drive from Brisbane.
The Goondiwindi region boasts an abundance of health and fitness facilities, thriving schools, impressive venues, fantastic events and beautifully manicured parks and gardens, There is something for everyone.
About the Roles
We are currently recruiting two full time permanent roles located in Goondwindi ; Powerline Worker and Electrical Technician.
Powerline Worker – is responsible for general construction, installation, connection, maintenance and replace of both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) overhead and underground distribution network assets and equipment.
Electrical Technician – is responsible for the delivery of a range of technical works encompassing the maintenance, construction, inspection, and operation of equipment related to energy Transmission and Distribution systems.

You will have a collaborative approach and understand the importance of working side by side with colleagues and customers. You will positively contribute to the community and stakeholders and put safety at the forefront of everything you do.
Required qualifications
- Driver's Licence
- Qualified Supervisors Certificate
- WorkCover NSW Construction induction Certificate
- Evidence of attainment and maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licences, authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role
- Electrical Technician - Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
- Powerline Worker - Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
