We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resource Supervisor in Cowra.
About the role
The Senior Resource Supervisor will have over-arching responsibility for the productive, safe and orderly operations of both large and/or multiple Field Service Centre(s).
The role will have accountability for managing a multi-disciplined team engaged in delivering construction, maintenance, and customer service work on Essential Energy’s electrical and energy related network.
Further to the role the Senior Resource Supervisor will have responsibility for any appointed local Resource Supervisor and the general day to day control and monitoring of local assigned field employees, local operational activities, including the organising of daily resource allocations, local project planning and activities where immediate changes to pre-planned works or resources arise.

About You
- Experience in managing and coordinating employees, resources whilst implementing standards and procedures for work projects within the Energy Distribution and Transmission environment.
- Demonstrated ability in the management and coordination of construction and maintenance projects meeting customer and stakeholder safety, environment, time, budget and quality expectations.
- Extensive knowledge of the industry regulations and standards applicable the Energy Distribution and Transmission environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma of Management – Electives in Innovation, Risk, Projects or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and relevant qualifications.
- Drivers Licence
- WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Certificate
- Powerline or Electrotechnology Trade
- Frontline Management
