We are currently recruiting for a Resource Supervisor in Coffs Harbour, work with determined passionate and curious people to empower communities.
About the role
The Resource Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day control and monitoring of local operational activities and allocation of local field staff, including the local organising of daily operations to meet the pre-planned work schedule and reallocation of crews and activities where immediate changes to pre-planned works or resources arise. The Resource Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing underground and APS Planning, in addition to the above duties.
About You
You will have experience in coordinating employees and resources whilst implementing standards and procedures for work projects within the Energy distribution and Transmission environment. You will have demonstrated ability in the coordination of construction and maintenance projects meeting customer and stakeholder safety, environment, time budget and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Management – Electives in Performance, Operational Plan, Continuous Improvement or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and relevant qualifications.
- Driver Licence
- WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Certificate.
Desirable
- Attainment and ongoing successful maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licenses, authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role.
