About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Manager Identify and Access Management.
The Manager of Identity and Access Management oversees a technical team responsible for managing system access and identity controls at Essential Energy. Including ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate access to enterprise information.
The Manager collaborates with teams to onboard systems onto various cybersecurity controls, such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Additionally, aligns systems with our Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and leads efforts to enhance control measures for employee and system protection. As a primary contact for vendors, the Manager of Identity and Access Management will manage commercial and licensing discussions related to Identity and Access Management.
The role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
About You
As a specialised professional, you’ll bring practical experience in coordinating technical resources for deploying and operating complex ICT systems. Your demonstrated leadership skills will be crucial in managing a technical team. Additionally, your background includes providing customer and operational support services within a large enterprise, driving business improvements, and possessing a working knowledge of software relevant to the Identity and Access Management technical portfolio. Your expertise in lifecycle management of identities, strong management skills, and effective communication abilities will contribute to successful outcomes across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Information Technology or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
Desirable
Technical Certification for relevant technologies across the Identity and Access Management discipline
