You will also contribute to building strong talent pipelines and fostering relationships with external networks to meet current and future workforce requirements.

This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.

Your commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical practices underpins everything you do.

About Your Skills

  • You are confident in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from attraction to offer stage.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and address key issues effectively.
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are skilled at building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with ease.
  • You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong time‑management skills

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma of Human Resources Management or demonstrated capability through relevant experience and/or qualifications.

Desired Experience

  • Proven experience as a professional recruiter managing medium to large volumes of roles within an internal talent acquisition environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in attraction strategies, selection methods, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong ability to assess situations, gather insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to gain commitment from stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
