The safety, health and wellbeing of our people is of paramount importance to us. We believe that every injury is preventable, and we are committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace and empowering our people to stop any unsafe behaviour, enabling everyone to work together towards an injury free workplace.

We are proud to be included into the globally recognised Australian Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) which recognises leaders in sustainability. The DJSI have been tracking the financial performance of companies that are corporate sustainability leaders in their respective industries since 1999 and have since have become the gold standard for sustainability.
Evolution is 1 of only 2 Aussie gold companies, 1 of only 7 Australian companies and 1 of only 23 members in the world from 4,700 companies assessed, to make into the DJSI.
