About the role:
We are looking for a Fixed Plant Fitter to join the maintenance team at our Mungari mine operations 28km, from central Kalgoorlie.
As part of this role, you will:
- Safely perform work to ensure the reliability and availability of the plant equipment.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, and support periodic plant shutdowns as determined by the maintenance program.
About you:
- You will be residing locally (Kalgoorlie/Boulder region) and able to work an 8:6 – 10-hour day roster (Wednesday to Wednesday)
- You will have a trade qualification and class “C” Driver’s Licence
- Uphold a high standard of workmanship, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Utilise sound problem-solving skills to allow you to ensure asset reliability through maintaining equipment, identifying, reporting and actioning of incidents and hazards.
- Keeping a positive attitude toward safety, increase safety awareness, implement safety training, and set an example for others.
- HRWL that has CN, LF, DG, WP will be looked upon highly desirable
- Experience working with Metso Crushers & Warman Pumps looked upon favourably
- Basic computer skills
