Job Description

TenderLink is recognised as the market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology throughout Australasia. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through increased portal activity, ensuring our SAAS Customers use their portals to their full potential, thereby improving the service for TenderLink Subscribers and their access to current and relevant business opportunities. The aim is to achieve a 15% YOY increase in portal usage.

The key objectives for this role are to increase uptake and ongoing use of Experian TenderLink products and services in the market and thereby grow Experian TenderLink' s revenue through existing and new products as well as through cross selling and promoting Experian products that align with Experian TenderLink customers.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • You will drill down to isolate problems customers may be experiencing
  • A proven commitment to detail and customer service
  • A professional telephone manner
  • 1+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects – demonstrating well developed oral and written skills
  • You will constantly prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis
  • You will upsell to existing customers
  • You will conduct difficult/hard conversations with Internal and external customers.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

  • Implement TenderLink's Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross-selling Experian solutions.
  • Achieve agreed customer engagement Targets
  • Achieve revenue targets
  • Achieve upselling and cross-selling Targets.
  • On-board new SaaS customers
  • Closely monitor customers usage in the first 3 months.
  • Provide detailed onboarding support and training.
  • Educate and support SaaS customers to notify tenders and award notices using the TenderLink platform.
  • Provide SaaS customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals to accurately target subscribers.
  • Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink's products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised.
