DEI & Our PurposeÂ
Our Core philosophy at Experian is that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to our purpose of creating a better tomorrow together by making positive change in the world and actively supporting efforts to close the financial wealth gap of underserved communities.
We actively support the potential of all expressions of diversity, including but not limited to thought, style, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, race, ethnicity, disability, culture and experience.
Mental Health
As part of Experian’s commitment to good mental health, we have >450 trained and certified mental health first aiders across Experian.
Our MHFA volunteers are first responders (much like medical first aiders), which means they are here to support Experian colleagues who are experiencing mental ill health or distress and connect them with support.
You can choose your Mental Health First Aiders from all over the Global. They will act as your point of contact and can guide you towards the right support if you are experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.
Wellbeing @ ExperianÂ
Wellbeing is a key priority for our business. We are committed to supporting your physical, psychological, financial and social wellbeing.
To support employees’ wellbeing and mental health, we have a wide range of initiatives and programmes available across the region.
The benefits include, but are not limited to:
Feel Good February
Mental Health Awareness Week
Flu Vaccine

Since joining Experian 8 years ago, my career has grown from strength to strength. I have been encouraged and supported to apply for roles outside of my core experience, to continue to develop as a leader. The fact that I am a working mum, partnering with my husband to juggle two careers, has never been a blocker to my development and advancement. Having loads of flexibility to manage my days and weeks to balance my work and family commitments, has meant that I have been able to take on bigger roles with more responsibility. Now as a female leader in our Australia and New Zealand business, I am very proud of the ongoing progress we make to support our people at whatever stage of their life. We don’t just have great policies, we have embedded diversity and equity into every aspect of our culture.
