Description

ABOUT US

FleetPartners is a leading ASX‑listed provider of fleet leasing, fleet management and novated leasing across Australia and New Zealand. Every day, we help businesses and individuals move forward with smarter, more sustainable vehicle solutions.

But what really sets us apart is our people.

We’re a supportive, customer‑focused team that works together to deliver great outcomes for our customers — and for each other. We create an environment where people feel encouraged to grow, develop their skills and do their best work.

If you’re looking for a workplace that supports your development and creates an inclusive, collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home at FleetPartners.

THE ROLE

This position supports the end‑to‑end coordination of vehicle orders, ensuring the accurate and on‑time delivery of customer vehicles.

You’ll manage the full order lifecycle with external suppliers, oversee delivery timelines, and work closely with drivers and employers throughout the settlement process to prevent delays in vehicle handover or funding approvals.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage end‑to‑end vehicle and accessory orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth coordination with suppliers.
  • Oversee on‑time delivery, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, dealerships, OEMs and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employers and employees, resolving enquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Work collaboratively across sales, suppliers and settlements, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

ABOUT YOU

You’re someone who brings great energy, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver a great experience for customers and teammates. You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment and take pride in being reliable, organised and easy to work with.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to work closely with suppliers, dealerships and internal teams.
  • Great attention to detail and time‑management, keeping orders accurate and processes running smoothly.
  • Customer service experience, with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a natural ability to communicate clearly.
  • Experience delivering SLAs, and the ability to stay on top of priorities in a busy environment.
  • Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to automotive products or financial operations, or enjoy improving processes and finding better ways of working.

BENEFITS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year.
  • Hybrid work flexibility with applications open to both Sydney and Melbourne
  • A ‘Dress for your Day’ policy
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers
  • Ongoing training to help you develop and grow with real career development opportunities
  • Rewards programme, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailers.
  • An extensive range of other employee benefits.

If you’re looking for a senior role where you can lead, influence outcomes and help deliver exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today!

OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to thrive.

We’re proudly recognised by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and accredited by WORK180 for our commitment to supporting women to build meaningful, long‑term careers - recognition that includes being named one of the Top 101 Workplaces for Women 2026.

We’re also progressing our Innovate RAP, helping build stronger partnerships and meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We welcome people from all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences, and we’re here to support any access requirements or adjustments throughout the recruitment process.
