Description

ABOUT US

FleetPartners is a leading ASX‑listed provider of fleet leasing, fleet management and novated leasing across Australia and New Zealand. Every day, we help businesses and individuals move forward with smarter, more sustainable vehicle solutions.

But what really sets us apart is our people.

We’re a supportive, customer‑focused team that works together to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for each other. We create an environment where people feel encouraged to grow, develop their skills and do their best work.

If you’re looking for a workplace that supports your development and creates an inclusive, collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home at FleetPartners.

THE ROLE

As a Novated Leasing Consultant, you’ll help employees understand and secure novated leases that suit their needs. You’ll handle incoming enquiries, guide customers through their options, and deliver tailored solutions that drive strong sales outcomes.

You’ll manage the full sales process - from quoting and documentation through to supporting customers as their leases approach expiry and presenting end‑of‑lease options. With both new business and aftermarket targets to achieve, this role blends customer connection, problem‑solving, and sales momentum in a fast‑paced, supportive team.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling novated leases and related products through a variety of inbound lead sources
  • Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer, and facilitating credit applications.
  • Preparing customers for their end of lease process
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes

ABOUT YOU:

You’re a confident, people‑focused sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves helping customers make informed decisions. You bring energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for building relationships and achieving results.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales role (motor vehicle leasing or financial services ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with customers
  • High levels of resilience and self‑confidence when interacting with others
  • Ability to understand legislation and compliance requirements related to financial and leasing products

BENEFITS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year
  • Hybrid work flexibility with a convenient office location steps from Melbourne Central Station
  • A ‘Dress for your Day’ policy
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers
  • Ongoing training to help you develop and grow with real career development opportunities
  • Rewards program, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailers.
  • An extensive range of other employee benefits
