THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager, Sales Consultant or customer-focused professional who thrives on building strong relationships with existing SME customers. In this role, you'll identify opportunities to drive growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achieve company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of FleetPartners brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on market trends and insights from customer feedback and competitor analysis
  • Maintain a regular visitation program with your customer base with appropriate levels of focus on building multi-level relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and Senior Managers.
  • Deliver strategic and quarterly business reviews on schedule, providing recommendations to reduce costs and optimise the customer’s fleet operations
  • Showing consistent high levels of customer service to meet customer expectations on continuous basis

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Account Manager or customer-focused professional with exposure to the fleet management, leasing or financial services industry. You excel at driving customer outcomes, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively across all levels.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management or customer service-focused roles
  • Background in fleet management, financial services or client services
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused results
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
