What you’ll be doing:
Key Deliverables:
- Manage the AU Inbox (and NZ as required) responding to requests promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate and provide regular planned customer reviews and identify targets for future reviews.
- Effectively manage and action the timely processing of all signed customer schedules.
- Continue learning and supporting the start of month processes.
This will be achieved through:
- Learning and understanding the “non-standard” processes (mainly, but not limited to, P&A funded leases).
- Support any transitioning of systems (eg. Miles) ensuring there are no process gaps.
Requirements
- Minimum business-related experience.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skill level)
- Good at problem solving using numeric, verbal and abstract reasoning skills.
- Keen eye-for-detail.
- Proactive, high level of initiative.
- Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously.
- Effective at planning and organising.
- Works well under pressure.
