THE ROLE:
As the Fleet Services Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of our Fuel, Infringement, Registration and Toll services, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer outcomes. You’ll play a key role within our Fleet Operations In-Life team, driving quality, continuous improvement, and service excellence. This role also champions a positive, high-performing team culture with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, and development.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and develop strategies to ensure the Fleet Services functions achieve the relevant business and key performance objectives and goals.
- Manage operational and administrative tasks, setting clear Team KPI’s / SLA’s for all areas of responsibility, benchmarking performance via reporting.
- Implement clear development and succession planning across all service areas, supported by senior capability, cross-training, and ongoing 1:1 performance and development plans.
- Identify and support efficiency improvements through the adoption of technology and digital capabilities.
- Ensure all allocated Net Promoter Score (NPS) and complaint cases are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage key supplier relationships, ensuring agreements are in place with adherence to service, quality and cost.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholder
