THE ROLE:
As a Retentions Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our novated leasing portfolio. You’ll proactively engage with customers, address concerns early, and provide tailored end-of-lease solutions that encourage renewals, upgrades, or lease restructuring.
By understanding each customer’s unique situation and goals, you’ll reduce cancellations, strengthen long-term loyalty, and contribute directly to retention targets and overall portfolio growth.
ABOUT YOU:
This role is ideal for someone with experience in novated leasing, banking, or finance, combining commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 3 + years' experience in a phone based professional customer service, finance, or retention-focused environment
- Demonstrable experience working with and managing complex and ambiguous customer issues
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and lateral-thinking skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly, engage customers effectively, and deliver excellent experiences
