Are you detail-oriented, organised, and enjoy working with numbers and systems? As a Salary Packaging Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering both internal and external salary packaging services, helping customers and teams navigate their options with confidence.
In this role, you’ll operate our salary packaging tool, provide advice and support on packaging offerings, and ensure all processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with accounting principles. You’ll also perform payroll and balance reconciliations, and support the preparation of FBT reporting requirements for customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making an impact behind the scenes, while collaborating with a range of stakeholders including payroll, HR, finance teams, and customers.
In this role, you will:
- Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused salary packaging solutions to our clients
- Perform client end-of-lease and bank reconciliations
- Process day-to-day package updates, including changes, terminations, and payment schedule management
- Engage with customers on their FBT reporting expectations and assist in preparing annual FBT reports

About you:
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers and systems. You have a background in salary packaging, accounting, or payroll, and bring strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication is key, as you’ll interact with colleagues and customers, and you take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in salary packaging, payroll, or accounting, novated leases a bonus
- Working knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
- Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to think critically, question processes, and solve problems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
