The Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute Fluent Commerce’s global digital marketing programs. This is a hands on, individual contributor role responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital initiatives that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

This role is open to both full-time and contractor applicants and is designed as a hybrid position based in Sydney, Australia with access to Fluent Commerce's beautiful Sydney office for in-person collaboration.

You will have the opportunity to work across EMEA, North America, and APAC, collaborating closely with regional teams. There may also be opportunities to travel to visit these teams to align on campaigns, strategy, and regional initiatives.

You will serve as the digital subject matter expert within the marketing team personally owning execution across core digital channels while partnering cross-functionally with a variety of teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the global WordPress website and landing pages.
  • Manage digital content workflows and publishing across web and campaign channels.
  • Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
  • Lead LinkedIn organic, paid, and ABM campaigns aligned with sales targets.
  • Build and manage email campaigns and nurture programs in Pardot/Salesforce.
  • Manage webinars end-to-end including promotion, execution, and follow-up.
  • Track, analyze, and report digital performance across all channels.
  • Write and refine high-converting digital copy across website pages, landing pages, ads, email campaigns, and LinkedIn content.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and AI agents to improve digital marketing workflows, campaign performance, personalization, and reporting efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Hands-on expertise with WordPress, SEO, SEM (Google Ads), LinkedIn, and Pardot/Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation and measurable digital campaign impact.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a global environment.
